🕐 Scheduling & Timing
Yes — we offer same-day response across Hamilton, Niagara, and Southern Ontario for urgent repairs and emergencies. For standard jobs, we typically schedule within 1–3 business days.
Most residential panel upgrades are completed in one day. Power is typically off for 4–6 hours during installation.
Most Level 2 EV charger installations take 3–5 hours including running the dedicated 240V circuit.
Typically 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on your home's size. You receive the written report by email the same day.
📋 Permits & ESA Inspections
Yes — all work that requires permits is fully permitted and ESA-inspected. We handle all the paperwork and coordinate the ESA inspection. You don't have to do anything.
In Ontario, electrical work that requires an ESA permit includes panel upgrades, new circuit installations, EV charger installation, generator wiring, and significant renovation electrical. Small repairs like replacing outlets or switches typically do not require permits.
The Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) inspects permitted electrical work to confirm it meets Ontario's Electrical Safety Code. We pass ESA inspections on every job requiring one.

A full 10-point inspection: electrical panel and breakers, all outlets tested for grounding, GFCI/AFCI protection verified, smoke and CO detector test, visible wiring inspection, exterior and garage electrical check, photo documentation throughout, and a written report emailed to you the same day.
Absolutely not. The health check is purely informational — honest findings with zero pressure or obligation to purchase any repairs.
